THE ROOM

Come as you are.

We built the room around the table, not the counter. Long tables, chairs that can be pulled up, and no reason to hurry.

Everything on the pan is made to order — stone-ground buckwheat for the savoury, a thinner batter for the sweet. The coffee is roasted for us and ground to order.
